The Vi at Bentley Village project includes two incredible clubhouses, each with its unique features, catering to different needs and interests.

The East Clubhouse, spanning a massive 132,000 square feet, boasts a full kitchen, bar, meeting space for up to 400 guests, theater, and administrative offices. This expansive space connects to 72 independent living apartments, providing a seamless and convenient experience for residents.

What’s more, the East Clubhouse includes a brand new putting green at the front, as well as three modified greens/holes to the existing 18-hole executive course, perfect for golf enthusiasts. Despite the construction work, the existing East Clubhouse remained active, and all work was completed within the heart of an active community.

The West Clubhouse, spanning 25,000 square feet, offers an array of amenities designed to indulge and entertain residents. From the full kitchen and beauty salon to the coffee bar, boccie, croquet, tennis court, and outdoor fire pit, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The resort-style pool is a true gem, complete with private cabanas and a lap pool that provides the ultimate experience of relaxation and comfort.

On this two-phase project, our team embarked on a journey to transform a clubhouse into a luxurious oasis spanning 30,000 sq. ft. The first phase involved a complete renovation, while the second phase saw an addition to the existing structure. The clubhouse received a stunning outdoor bar and dining area, perfect for those warm summer evenings. No need to worry about warm drinks either, as we installed a top-of-the-line ice chiller to ensure drinks stay cool all night long. The ballroom was also given a grand makeover, with high-end wood finishes and intricate ceiling radiant heating.

Brighton Community Center

The Brighton Elder Activity Center is not just any facility – it’s a stunning 15,775 sq. ft. building that caters to the needs of the elder community of the Seminole Tribe of Florida on the Brighton Reservation, and serves as the headquarters for the Seminole Tribe’s Department of Elder Services. But that’s not all – this project is also packed with innovative sustainable features, including low-volume plumbing fixtures, a cistern system that collects rainwater for the toilets, and a lighting control system that adjusts to optimize natural light and conserve energy. To top it all off, over 75% of the construction waste was diverted from landfills to recycling facilities. It’s no wonder that the Brighton Elder Activity Center is now proudly LEED Gold Certified by the United States Green Building Council.

This transformative project at the Boca Bay Pass Club involved creating an enhanced dining experience by expanding the existing dining area into the covered terrace, as well as upgrading the casual dining room and bar, formal dining space, refrigerated wine exhibit, and outdoor covered pool bar. But that’s not all – we also added top-of-the-line ADA-compliant ramps at the front and rear of the clubhouse to ensure that everyone can enjoy the newly renovated facilities.
