This new construction retail center is a shopper’s paradise, featuring dozens of upscale stores, specialty shops, and restaurants. The project was completed in three impressive phases, each showcasing a unique approach to design and construction. Phase 1 involved the construction of a 5,000 sq. ft. tilt wall retail shell building, while phase 2 included three retail buildings totaling 46,000 sq. ft. These buildings were constructed using durable masonry, sturdy bar joists, metal trusses, and topped with elegant tile and metal roofing. Phase 3 brought the project to completion with three more retail buildings totaling 71,000 sq. ft., including a 12,000 sq. ft. mezzanine, adding even more shopping opportunities for customers.

This chic and sophisticated 5,000 sq. ft. restaurant is located on the iconic Fifth Avenue South in downtown Naples, within the luxurious Inn on Fifth Hotel. Step inside and be transported to a world of refined elegance and modern style, as the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere envelops you.

This remarkable space was formerly known as McCabe Pub, a traditional Irish pub with a dark and somber atmosphere. However, the new design is a triumph of light and airiness, transforming the space into a modern masterpiece of design that pays homage to the rich history of the location while embracing the future.

Due to its impressive design and construction, this project was awarded the prestigious Best Commercial Contractors Project – Restaurant from the Lee BIA Summit Awards as well as Best Retail from the Collier BIA Sand Dollar Awards in 2014. The ground floor comprises of a vibrant market cafe, a well-stocked grocery store, a delightful Square Scoops ice cream store, and an elegant wine bar, complemented by a comfortable sitting area. The second floor of the building is designed for mixed office spaces, and also features a spacious common area that is ideal for large meetings. This area has a common administrative work area that facilitates efficient and organized work and a convenient kitchenette to cater to the needs of the occupants. Built to be a high-end commercial retail and office building, The Collective spans an impressive 151,298 sq. ft. with its attached four-level parking garage. The striking architectural design fits right in with the luxury of the art district of Downtown Naples and makes it a staple of the neighborhood.

The exterior architecture features a modern design with bold fixtures of black steel, exposed wood, and large window bays. Recessed lighting fixtures along the outside of the building provide ample illumination at night. A spacious balcony rounds the center of the building, providing space for relaxation for visitors and customers.

Open floor plans throughout the building allow for customization to suit tenant needs and bring flexibility to rentable spaces for the needs of retail shops, restaurants, and business offices. Built to the highest standards of quality, the Aldi Store #17 project features the new construction of a 19,869 sq. ft. single-story retail storefront. The spacious and open layout caters to the minimalist style Aldi stores are known for. Ample shelving and refrigeration space allow for a large selection of goods to be stored. This particular build served as a new prototype project. The building is structural split-faced CMU and structural steel roof framing with interior steel columns.
